Awards for Excellence spotlight Military Preparation Course  May 2009

Judges for Business in the Community’s ‘Awards for Excellence’ have named Avenir Training a 2009 finalist. The assessment panel for the awards, which are the UK ’s most influential corporate responsibility awards, announced that the company has made the shortlist in the North West 14-19 Education & Skills category.

At the launch of the 2009 awards, Stephen Howard, Chief Executive of Business in the Community said: “We have always said that responsible business is just good business and in the current climate it’s never been more important. The Awards for Excellence celebrate powerful examples of businesses that have recognised this and as a result have had a positive impact on society and their business. “ North West winners will be announced in June at an awards ceremony held at the Monastery in Manchester .
